How to quit smoking addiction ?

Yeah, its very difficult to abandon smoking habit after getting addicted on it. Smoking habit could be a terrible worry for everyone after being regular user. The smoking habit begins with the collaboration of friends and co-mates initially for enjoyment and experiment but unknowingly they do fall on addiction so a habit exists.

Most of the people often want to quit this habit after a certain time period because that makes them not good and fit socially, mentally and physically. The smoker wants to quit it instantly because, regular smoking has a high chance of dying by smoking related-illness. Cancer, lung diseases, heart attacks, stroke, blood vessel diseases, blindness and other problems are highly potential to infect. However, stopping this habit self is rarely possible with the hard course of action.

The reason to quit hard of smoking is a substance called 'nicotine' that makes a person dependent physically and emotionally on it. The physical independence causes unpleasant withdrawal symptoms while trying to quit whereas, the emotional or mental addiction or dependence make it hard to stay away from nicotine. Hence, the smoker must deal with both the physical and mental dependence.

As it is said that we must lose something to gain something, here we should be able to stay staunch in some ideas and habits to kick off this bad habit. The better understanding about such questions i.e why should if leave this habit ? what are the merits and demerits of this habit? is essential. Before starting the course of quitting this habit the knowledge is to be ascertained carefully.

How does smoking affects health ?
Everyone, are known that the smoking is harmful for the health but do not often know how does it impact or how does it play the role in your health. Specially, a substance called nicotine and other harmful smokes in the cigarette play the lead role to damage your body function. That causes smoking related diseases like cancer of mouth, nose throat, lung ,liver,kidney and other sensitive parts of the body, heart attack, stroke ,blindness etc.

Merits of quitting smoking habit
After staying away from smoking habit your are relevant to a healthy person that means risk free. No chance of having smoking related diseases.

1. Cold Turkey 
 Among several methods of leaving this habit cold turkey is one best. Quitting habit by self or without the help of outside people is called cold turkey. Merely 4% to 7% people are found to have succeeded by this method. Because there need a hard and staunch course of action for quitting the smoke.

2. Behavioral Therapy 

In this method a smoker is inspired with suggestions and advice from the experts. The smoker gets inspired to stop smoking after the counsel of expert. 

3. Medication 

Replacing such habit with the aid of medicine or drugs is called medication. This method is carried out by tow methods nicotine replacement therapy and non-nicotine medication. The amount of nicotine is supplied using non-cigarette items and reduced in decreasing order.  Smoke reducing craving and withdrawal symptoms methods used without use of nicotine in non-nicotine therapy.
